This is actually cinnemon bun which is fryed on the pan with butter. You first soak the bun slice in the milk and then fry it with butter both sides. Then you have to eat it with jam and sugary whipped cream. SOOOOOO good. Idea is that the bun is little pit old not moldy but dry. :) At least in Finland stores sell this bun in a long version where you have to cut it in slices. It's simple and good and yet I don't eat this eaven ones a year. Ones I make this I tell myself that I need to make these more often, but then the time goes and I forget about the whole thing. We call this delicious "desert" poor knight. Don't know where the name comes from. If you haven't had these in long time now it's time to go to the store and buy a cinnemon bun.
