Tällaisia Kalla-kakkuja tein neljä vaarini hautajaisiin, jotka pidettiin marraskuun alussa. Kakun välissä oli lakkaa ja kinuskivaahtoa. Näiden kakkujen jälkeen totesin, että nyt täytyy keksiä uusi juttu kakkujen väliin. Lakka-kinuski on aivan ihana yhdistelmä, mutta sitä tulee kohta korvistakin ulos. Ihanaa kun Joulu lähenee. Pääsen tekemään vähän erilaisempia leipomuksia. Kovasti olen suunnitellut kaikkea, nähtäväksi jää mitä loppujen lopuksi toteutan. Mutta eikös se niin ole että hyvin suunniteltu on puoleksi tehty? :)

My grandfather died suddenly in the end of October. We had funeral couple of weeks ago and for that occasion I made four of these kind of cakes. Inside the cake was cloudberry and caramelcream...again. I said to myself that I need to find something else to put in the cakes for now on. Combination is really good but now it feels like it's coming out from the ears too. :) Luckily my favorite time of the year is getting closer and I that means other kinds of bakings.
